absent minded me again

decided to save space the freezer and packed all the lean croissant pockets in a large freezer bag ... then i realized i 4got to save the instructions ... i wonder if anyone has a package in their freezer? how many minutes wuz i supposed to microwave the croissant? ... i will hve to remember to buy some more 2morrow ...
